Like others have said, Retaine MGD is nice. Bausch & Lomb Soothe XP is similar in composition. My go-to is the Refresh Optive line (Optive, Optive Advanced, Optive Mega-3) but everyone is different.
Is Xyzal the only allergy med that works? Allegra, Claritin? I'm more of a Zyrtec person myself, and I stay far away from Allegra which my eyes hate.

I don't want to be too negative, but it seems like your lasik center is ignoring you and is hoping you'll just go away. You might want to go to your own outside optometrist and get a proper dry eye plan. I know you weren't planning on the extra cost (and the prescription eye drops can also get pricey) but hey, it's still less expensive than ICL surgery!
