Haha, I am in the same boat---I wanted to get a second turntable, but my partner wasn't really having it, plus we don't have a ton of space for it. We did think about getting some cubes and stacking them where the tall record shelf is, then putting the turntable on top of it. But we like the height the tall record shelf adds to the room. And, you're right, it does look cute, which is why we are reluctant to get rid of it. Ohh, I like the idea of moving the TV to be offset. We were thinking of getting a larger one anyway so that might help balance the look. Thanks for the feedback!
