I've had one for about 10 years now and I use it every day at work as a messenger bag. I've converted it to a backpack when riding my motorcycle many times and other times when it was just easier to have a backpack. It is very rugged, I've not had any problems. I smashed one of the clips in my car door one time and the company sent a replacement out - I just paid $2 for shipping. The material is THICK. The seams are solid. Not one loose thread. It's got a TON of pockets for storage. Has a padded area for laptops. You can fit it on top of a piece of rolling luggage (I've done this a number of times, too). If you want something that has a ton of features and holds up, this BBP bag definitely qualifies as BIFL. 10/10 I would buy again.
