Magnesium, my friend. Some studies have shown that 80% of Americans are deficient in it, and as you are exercising too you are probably deficient, it's used by your body in up to 300 different functions and is so key to good heath.

Look into magnesium more to really see how important it is :)
I've just started keto, but a few months back, I started transdermal magnesium. You basically spray about
20ml2.5ml of 30% MgCl on your skin and rub it in once per day.It stings like a bitch at first, but this will subside once your deficincy is resolved.
As for me: I've had an unidentified skin condition on my lower back for 8 years. Nothing helped, including topical steroid creams. I even tried magneisum pills (citrate).
Within a week of starting transdermal Mg, the weird red pattern was gone.
Note that ALL forms of oral magnesium are laxatives, quite strong ones at that, so any effective dose will have you running for the toilet (personal experience).
