I'm pretty smart. Trust me, I am.

And I know a lot about a lot of things. This is one thing that I know: I am not the smartest guy, and in Wall Street there are a lot of guys, a lot smarter than me, with lots of formal and informal education; and a lot more experience too. And you know what they do all day with very expensive and sophisticated machines and software? They look for good investments.

So, now, knowing what I know from what you wrote, this is what I can assume:

If Cascadero Copper Corp was such a great deal, chances are that someone on Wall Street would have made a move, either by buying the entire company for just about $20.97M, or buying a lot of shares, or talk to them in order to re-capitalize it a bit and pitch it to institutional investor.
If the The Dollar Vigilante had information on how to make millions on trades, why would he settle for a few bucks off newsletter subscription?
