The book I'm currently reading discusses this at some length. The way the author puts it, in our society, all Asians are to an extent feminized relative to other races. Asian women are afforded a greater extent of feminine allure, which corresponds to a greater extent of unwanted attention and objectification. Asian men, on the other hand, are treated as feminized men, being seen as less desirable and less capable of leadership than men of other races.
I don't think this is the entire reason for the disparity in interracial dating between Asian men and women, but I think that there's a lot of truth to the analysis.
