I really loved Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert (yes . . . the Eat Pray Love lady . . . I wasn't a huge fan of that book but I did really enjoy this one.) It was very readable and quick and the advice was especially salient for someone who likes to work creatively.

Big Magic - Elizabeth Gilbert would be a good place to start. She has some fantastic perspective on this.
