I wasn't doing much at all prior to this because I hardly had any knowledge regarding the subject. In the AM and PM I would rinse my face with soap and use this product. It didn't really do that much to assist in reducing acne, however, I never really had breakouts like this. Would you suggest skipping either the moisturizer or the cleanser tonight to see which may be the culprit? Thanks for the response btw.
Hi all, first time posting here so I apologize if I messed something up!
I've been having these weird reddish acne-like bumps on my forehead for the last year and a bit. They look kind of like pimples but never actually turn into full-blown pimples.
I'm a tanned Asian female in my mid 20's, I've generally had pretty good skin most my life. My skin is combination-dry, but mostly dry I think. I live in the Pacific Northwest - wet, mild, temperate climate.
My skincare routine is very simple.
Face wash:
Toner
Moisturizer
This has been my routine for a few years now. Nothing significant has really changed - no new products, medications, or diet. Not sure why my forehead suddenly became so unhappy :(
Thanks in advance for any tips!
