Find a monitor with an external brick. Most that do are 12v or 19v and the pie is 5v. Then use this to power it all.

No idea if that is a good battery it was just the first hit I saw with a quick search.

Man what up with all the downvotes lol.

To be fair, I found this (https://www.amazon.com/BiXPower-Watt-hour-Capacity-External-Rechargeable/dp/B0087HW5YM) for battery charger which may or may not work. But really.... I think there needs to be a sticky on how to use search function.

This could do the trick I think. Other than the fact it's expensive. Also, I still don't know how I'd get it to power both items.

The intersection of small screens (14" or less), good battery life and good gaming potential isn't a very large one.

The current Razer Blade is one of the go-to choices in this range, but it's out of your budget and doesn't have a very good battery life (4 or 5 hours at most, from what I recall). The Gigabyte P34Gv2 is in your price range, but has a similarly bland battery life (6 hours idle, maybe 4 with light usage). The Clevo W230SS (sold under a few different names, including as the Sager NP7338) is much cheaper and quite powerful for a 13" laptop, but has a similar battery life. The Lenovo Y40 has a pretty good battery life (maybe 6-7 hours), but is a fair bit less powerful so probably wouldn't fit your usage very well.

Would you be willing to consider carrying around an external battery pack, something like this or this? The battery in the P34Gv2 is around 60Wh, and the one in the W230SS is around 50Wh; adding an external 150Wh battery to that would give you a pretty large improvement, though it could be a bit of a hassle to carry around an external battery.

Thank you for your input... That seems like a lot of power and its relatively small its called OXA Frosted F1 http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00FF3MCTE?pc_redir=1404194732&robot_redir=1

I'd be damn surprised if was 570Wh considering my laptop is something like 44Wh and the battery can only charge 2 maybe 3 times, thanks!

Edit: for reference this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0087HW5YM/ref=pd_aw_sbs_4?pi=SL500_SS115&simLd=1# is 153Wh

What about running a power bank such as this one on it?
http://www.amazon.com/BiXPower-42500mAh-Capacity-External-Rechargeable/dp/B0087HW5YM
I'm looking for something I can toss in my bag and carry on a plane.

edit: Looks like there aren't any power banks that operate at least 7.7 Amp that I can find; but I can find some power banks that are 19 or 19.5 or 20v; if you or anyone else knows of a power bank that runs at least 7.7 Amps and is at or close to 19.5 volt please let me know.

edit2: apparently; recommendations of products are not allowed; so nevermind ;)

There is no way to get this to work. The output/voltage of the Powerbank is far too low.

You need something MUCH larger and purpose built, like this.

Possible, yes. Practical, very unlikely.

Wireless HDMI modules are available (there was even an old GPU that had wireless transmission), however from what I can tell they're quite expensive and all have some problems with connectivity.

5GHz modules often have problems with interference and 60GHz modules often have problems with range.

Battery will also be a problem. A 200$ battery capable of both 12V and 19V with 44000 mAh could supply a 24 inch monitor for approximately 2 hours.

I don't know about the touch thing, I don't have a touch monitor myself. If it's connected over HDMI it should be no problem, if it's a seperate USB connection, you have to get that wireless seperately somehow.

Converting an electrical signal into a wireless signal in a DIY fashion is pretty much unfeasible from what I can tell.

So in conclusion, making your screen wireless is not only going to be very expensive, but will probably still come with a lot of compromises.

This should give you 6~10 hours extra running time . https://www.amazon.com/BiXPower-Watt-hour-Capacity-External-Rechargeable/dp/B0087HW5YM . Of course this is the last resort , if you can somehow make your current laptop run better , that's also good
