Not OP but i've been looking into these portable systems for a while. Supposedly these are a bit better than the Supaboy, but without having owned either I couldn't tell ya.

Don't include the ROMs, and you're golden. Really though, since the SNES/NES patents have been dead, there are plenty of decent clones available already...and they're portable. I have the SupaBoy and it's pretty neat and I've heard really good things about the PokeFAMI DX but I believe it can only play Super Famicom games.

[EDIT] Actually it looks like they sell a version of it without an OS? So maybe you can do whatever with it.

I prefer the Retro Duo Portable. Because, well, its portable. Plays SNES straight into the system, NES with adapter (comes with purchase) and Genesis games with adapter (sold separately)
