It's from Sarah Hepola's book called "Blackout"

Seems so. Here's one she wrote a year and a half later, and her book comes out next June.

Yeah, I want to get sober. I'm not sure about support. I'm seeing a therapist now. Might hit a meeting tomorrow. I was writer when I decided to globetrot for a few years, and we always have a difficult time in meetings because we are innately cynical and inquisitive. It's counter to our natures to just turn it off and do it.

My old editor, Sarah Hepola, wrote about that a lot in her book Blacking Out.

I should probably reach out to her. I haven't spoken to her in a few years.
