I'm not sure. They mostly work on releasing and translating the newer volumes so it might be a little longer before the 3-1 books are put on shelves.
But what I can tell you is that according to amazon.com volume 9 of the 3-1 will be released for order on September 2, 2014

So to fully answer your question, not often. Considering volume 7 of the 3-1 recently came out.
