There are nicely sealable reusable silicone bags and tubes my SO uses for backpacking, and you can add boiling water right to the bag.
They're not uber light like a disposable, but not glass heavy either. Endlessly reusable.

You should try these instead of using ziplock bags. They're really easy to use and you save money in the long run from not having to buy any ziploc bags.
