Just my 2 cents, feel free to disregard:

I would ditch the chocolate milk and fruit juice. They're both super full of sugar and you can get the good stuff they offer from something more wholesome, like regular milk + a piece of dark chocolate, or water + a piece of fruit.

Edit: I've tried a few flavored protein powders and didn't like them very much. I discovered that I really like Blue Bonnet unflavored whey for protein. If you have it with milk or a smoothie you will not taste it, promise! It gives you about 30 extra grams of protein per scoop. Protein not only keeps you full longer, it helps with muscle development.

I have tried every popular protein powder and I couldn't stomach any because of the taste and/or texture. I ended up getting BlueBonnet original flavor, it's unsweetened and unflavored but tastes/smells like milk powder and it's GREAT. I usually add in a scoop with a cup of 2% milk and half a banana. This gets me 35 grams of protein. It tastes like mild banana milk.
