This is the ultimate heating pad. I LOVE mine. You can adjust the actual temp, not just low medium high. Perfect moist heat. Has an adjustable timer. It is awesome. A little pricey but soooo worth it.

If you can find something like this electric pad that'll definitely help. If that's out of your price range they sell much cheaper little versions at places like CVS, Wallgreens and probably Target that'll still help heaps. No more than 15-20 minutes at a time.

See if you can also get a massage. The sports/deep tissue kind.
