Honestly, I doubt you're going to find a decent deal for this pre-order. Virtually all pre-orders like this are price fixed to $60. The best "deal" I've seen is from Amazon, but it's really nothing special.

I believe the DLC addition is the only one available for PS4. It's called The Handsome Collection, and comes with the two newest games, as well as all their DLC, for between $20-40 depending on where you look. I bought it for full price on release, and it's still worth it. Hundreds of hours in; I'm not finished either game.
I have the first Borderlands game on Xbox One due to backwards compatibility, but I'm not sure how that works on PS4. The first game might only be for PS3. Either way though; the 2nd game is by far the best in the series, and that's saying something considering how good the other two are.

For some reason the link is ps4 but when you change to Xbox one it is cheaper
Not so fast!
This is well worth the money. My brother and I were devastated when split-screen coop stopped being a thing. We put a shit ton of hours into Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, Star Wars: Battlefront, Halo 3, then it kind of stopped.
This has to be one of the best split-screen coop games available currently and I think it has the most guns out of any game.
Right now it $19.99 for a new copy on amazon.

This is exactly why it's a rip-off. You can get a brand new factory sealed version of all three Borderlands games on the PS3 with all DLC for a little over half the price (or less than half, depending on the seller). The fact that there are so many collections with more content that go for a lower price is exactly why it's a rip-off.
Did I mention this doesn't come with any DLC, and the fact that you CANNOT BEAT TERRAMORPHOUS/VERMIVOROUS THE INVINCIBLE BECAUSE THEY ARE MULTIPLAYER BOSSES AND THIS GAME LACKS MULTIPLAYER? It's almost as if Borderlands is a multiplayer driven game and lacks one of the core components of what made it good... This is beyond stupidity, not including the fact that there's no DLC and that you can only play 4 of the 6 Borderlands 2 characters. There's a good reason this reveal hasn't even shown up on the Borderlands subreddits, it's because no Borderlands player actually cares to buy it and people are making memes about it. This VR game exists for no reason other than to capitalize on Borderlands 2 since Borderlands 2 is becoming the modern version of DOOM/Skyrim in it's current state.
