I use these bags https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y2WLY4K/ I had them for my cat's litter and realized they would be perfect for packing out my TP, or actually I use paper towels since they are sturdier. I bring 1 bag per day, plus an extra, and just put the dirty paper towels in there, knot it tightly and keep it in the toilet zip loc. They are somehow odor proof, and they are opaque so no need for duct tape covered zip loc or anything. And they can't accidentally open.

I usually have picked up as trash a styrofoam cup or a plastic bottle that glass can go into. I just carry the plastic (dog poop) bag of trash and don't put it in my pack. I don't pack liquids out, but pour them out instead. I sometimes wear a blue nitrile glove, but otherwise fashion "chopsticks" from readily available sticks to get some of the nastier items.

The bags were linked though recently and come in various sizes: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y2WLY4K/
