Dyeing has always been on my thought when buying clothes. How it's dyed, the methods, whose doing it, where, and so on. As I've upped my shopping, I've realized that I enjoy clothes that have been naturally dyed or dyed in a manner that isn't harming the environment/people. This is why when I come to buying blue jeans I mostly get my stuff from Japan. This doesn't mean it automatically makes it perfect, but I feel and know how it's dyed and whose doing it. Brands like Oni, Tanuki, SDA, and others I can't remember, they go in deep in how the methods of creating jeans and how they're dyed.

Other brands that are doing this are Tender (Kroll also describes the plants he uses to dye his clothing) and Outerknown has done collabs with Levi to make their dyeing methods more sustainable.

I would also love to see more brands experiment and use other types of cotton and use natural dying.

If anyone is interested in doing DIYing I recommend this book: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0995556628I've dyed my white shirt this beautiful lavender/pink color just using avocado skins and pits. When i have more free time am doing to delve heavily into dyeing my own clothes.
