Broadcom BCM943222HM8L and it works out of box. Only downside it it doesn't have bluetooth but I've never really had a use for Bluetooth on a laptop.
Thanks!
This one is $10.99 but doesn't have Bluetooth: https://www.amazon.com/Broadcom-Wireless-Internet-Adapter-Netbooks/dp/B002OB0FPI/
Also works with High Sierra according to this: http://forum.osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/2120-inventory-of-supported-and-unsupported-wireless-cards/
If you don't need Bluetooth you could go that route.
Could I use this?

I have it sitting in an old HP Stream x360 I don't use... would it work?
EDIT: It says right there on the page that I can... nevermind! I guess I'll try it out
EDIT 2: It works! So now that I have WiFi working, I need to work on getting the battery indicator to work. When I boot up the laptop, it shows up as charging for a split second then disappears. And the volume buttons don't work

Well, there really isn't any specs on the Gigabyte site as to what chip that card is using. This would probably pop into the wifi slot on your mini ITX and it is native Apple hardware.
