So easy to build one. Here are the parts you need:

Any cheap wired momentary contact switch (eg. a wired doorbell switch)
A z-wave dry contact sensor (eg. Aeotech ZW097)

Wire the doorbell switch to the terminals on the sensor. The sensor will pair to Wink as a door/window sensor whose status momentarily changes from closed to open when the button is pushed. Create a Wink robot that rings the chime everytime the status changes to open.
