I got the Lilliebaby this time and LOVE it! I wasn't fond of the Ergo because it never fit me right, and I previously only had a Moby wrap and a Boba carrier that is suitable for babies 12lb and up. The Lilliebaby is by far the most comfortable, easy-to-use, and versatile carrier I've tried. My baby loves it, too.

Also...this is the best snot sucker I've found: http://www.amazon.com/Aspirator-Silicone-Non-irritating-Washable-Congestion/dp/B00J7KU3LA/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1453189874&sr=8-9&keywords=nose+aspirator+baby We've tried 3 and this is the only one that is soft at the tip and gets the job done.

As for other things, get baby meds (acetaminophen, ibuprofen, gas drops, saline drops), teething toys, board books, bath toys, larger clothing/PJs, bibs with the food catcher pockets, spoons (even if doing baby-led weaning), high chair/cart cover, food mat for meals out (http://www.amazon.com/Summer-Infant-Diner-Portable-Placemat/dp/B002B55AC0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1453190518&sr=8-1&keywords=silicone+food+mat+baby), outlet covers, baby gates, car seat coat (http://www.amazon.com/Summer-Infant-Seat-Poncho-Cuddly/dp/B00ODZ59A4/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1453190664&sr=8-4&keywords=car+seat+coat)....that's all I can think of for now.
