This book not being posted sooner disappoints me.
I don't remember any of the exact numbers, but the book Building a Bankroll has a good discussion about how many hands of downswing is reasonable to expect for players with different winrates. You could look that up and translate the number of hands into years.
If you are playing 6-max or full ring, you definitely shouldn't be c-betting 100% of the time. You should be analyzing board textures to determine if the board is dry or wet and if you can c-bet for value or as a bluff.
