I had the same issue. Make sure you are shaving with the flow of your hair. Also don't shave the area with too many strokes. I've been struggling with bumps on my face for quite some time as well. You really have to get into the habit of exfoliating/washing your skin daily. I've been using this daily as a face scrub, especially days before I shave http://www.amazon.com/Neutrogena-Razor-Defense-Scrub-Ounce/dp/B000NWBQ6M. Also experiment with different acne creams and masks to cover your face with. Your pores may be clogged from dirt (eating greasy food in general may also be a cause of your clogged pores). I started using Dollar Shave Club a while back and the shave butter paired with their after shave lotion has made my skin very smooth. In addition, try to use Bump Patrol immediately after you shave and I saw someone mention Bump Stopper....I use that as a topical right before I go to sleep every night. It's alot of work but you should see results in a few weeks if you stay dedicated
