https://www.amazon.com/Burts-Bees-Natural-Butter-Repair/dp/B002DPUXZC i use this like 3-4 times a day, its worth the money. my hands arent that flakey but i have a spot on my index finger that gets really gross and itchy so i use antibacterial ointment on it sometimes and it settles down. you could get some straight up natural shea butter and use it too. really thick and kinda greasy but it soaks in after a bit.
