I have a 14s2p mini-cube and it fits into one of these saddle bags (large size - still not very large).
My girlfriend is 5' and I put together an ebike for her a few months ago. I couldn't find a bike I liked that fit her so I went a Motobecane 400 HT from bikedirect and a bafang bbshd (way more power than she needed but super reliable.
The battery was the hardest thing for me because with such a small bike none of the triangle batteries would fit. Not sure if that would leave room for the trailer but if not the battery is small enough that putting it somewhere else on the bike shouldn't be to bad.
