If you're willing to convert from 3.0-ish d20 to 5e, get a copy of Call of Cthulhu d20 Edition. It's a rather good adaptation (even though mixing levels and CoC is a weird idea, imo), and is chock full of Lovecraftian monsters.

From WoTC itself under license from Chaosium, no less. So - like Modern, also from WoTC - it's not really an example of the impact of OGL. That said, there certainly was a trend for third parties to release OGL material for new or existing non-D&Dish settings. But I think that trend had already faded some time ago, long before the GSL and D&D4 came into the picture. Apparently the proportion of d20 groups interested in playing anything other than D&Dish fantasy was even smaller than expected, while other groups weren't keen to switch to d20. Not that there haven't been hits, like Mutants & Masterminds.
