That first one is literally a stock photo of the Deuter Race Rucksack with the Deuter logos photoshopped out and 'Victory' photoshopped in. Here's the Deuter on Amazon.
Relabeled overstock perhaps? If it really is the exact same thing, that's a good price (but you have to order 500 of them)...
Or perhaps Deuter commissioned these to be made in China and the company has stolen the design, selling under their own label. I do wonder about these sorts of things.
