If you can get a copy of this book- http://www.amazon.ca/Canoe-Trips-British-Columbia-Intermediate/dp/1896217001 there are some routes in here that match what you're looking for. The book is a perhaps a little dated but the rivers haven't changed much. I'd also recommend these folks - http://www.westerncanoekayak.com/ if you need to acquire any gear while your out this way.
