While there are indeed printers within your price range (such as the HP LaserJet M12w), those printers are VERY limited and will not give you modern features such as Apple AirPrint & Google Cloud Print compatibility, and don't have any scanning or copying features. I would instead recommend spending a small amount more to get a much better printer that will meet all your needs:
