If you tamp the kratom a few times during filling, you can get about 0.5 gram per capsule with the 00 size. But when you tamp, press slowly or you'll end up with a poof of powder. :)
Like anything, it takes a time or two to learn, but it's not a big deal to do - especially at 4g's a day. You'll be able to do 24 caps with the Capsule Machine, or 12 grams, at a time in just a few minutes.
If you buy them separated it saves a little time and tedium.

Nice, sounds like a good system! I have some other capsules that aren't separated, I've just been using them for my magnesium liquid and black seed oil.
