For that, I use Out rust remover, which also works on pit stains. Peroxide for blood or the carbona blood stain remover. Metal zippers can be put back on their track and the bottom sewn up if there are no broken teeth above the point you’re sewing. Plastic zippers can’t be repaired, only replaced. A suede brush will remove stains and dirt from suede. Toothbrushes, lexol, old t shirts and meltonian shoe polish for leather shoes. Shoe dye (basically paint) for leather and a liquid dye to rejuvenate black suede. A $10 electric pill shaver will remove fuzz on all sweaters and a sweater rock can be used on coarser sweaters. If you can sew in a straight line and use another pair of jeans as a pattern, then you can alter bootcut jeans into straight or skinny using upholstery thread. Pretty much all this stuff is available on amazon, tho much is cheaper at Walmart or Joann with a coupon if they sell it there.
Like others said you don't know what it is which makes it harder. But I've had good luck w this product.

I dab a bunch on, let it sit, dab some more, let it sit... Then hand scrub or machine wash. I've seen it take out oil based stains on some clothing that multiple machines washes had failed to do. BTW you don't need the whole set of varieties but since you don't know what the stain is...
