As someone with eczema, an oat bath is great to sooth itchy skin. Stick some porridge oats into the foot a pair of tights, tie it off then soak it in your bath. You can even use it as a soothing compress on your skin for extra soothing & skin softening.
Or, Lush's Ceridwen's cauldron is a ready-made similar product if you want a bit of pampering (but you can totally make your own with some cocoa butter, lavender essential oil and a muffin tin, just saying).
And an old-school anti-itching solution is some calamine lotion, slap it on like regular skin cream.
This being said, you should find the root cause of the problem. I certainly find that the wrong washing powder can cause horrible itching/allergic reactions in me, but also sometimes where sweat gathers (like armpits and backs of knees) causes some problems. If you can afford it maybe try some dusting powder to absorb the excess sweat and see how that goes (or, budget option is corn flower), and try a gentle for skin/baby laundry detergent.
