Looks like a vintage Casio B640WD
The closest to this type of casio with a countdown timer (and improved stopwatch, and better backlight) is the model B640WD-1A. They also have a black version and "rose gold" version. It's a different shape though and is not chrome plated.
The B640 may be up your alley. The light is much, MUCH better than the F91W. The body is painted resin so it's still lightweight, and you should be able to swap out the band easily.
May I suggest this model? I cannot comment on the bracelet but it features a better backlight and chronograph and countdown functions with a more useful range of 24 hours. I think it is worth it for the backlight alone.
I own the A158 and my main complaint is the backlight; about the bracelet I could say that it's not very flexible but I've owned much lower quality metal bands. My arms are not very hairy but a friend with very hairy arms tried it and said it pulled hairs a lot.
