bitd, TSR put out a few sets of printed cardstock buildings and dungeon walls. https://www.amazon.com/Castles-Advanced-Dungeons-Dragons-Grubb/dp/0880388838 they're pricy these days and IMO not amazing.
I find papercraft a bit more work for a bit worse result than working with precut craft wood.
