With the theory (have not received yet) being that the iPhone mount holds the XT battery and screws in (on the bottom) to the baseplate. Then you can mount that on the back of your rails. Very compact.
Huawei AF15: its a selfie bot but it can function as a tripod.
Or you can use any tripod with an adapter like this.

My camera is getting older and older so the last year or so i have filmed alot with my phone. Since i dont want to buy to much gear exclusively for my phone i have bought a couple of these:

Nothing fancy but since you already got some gear trying to convert it for 10-20 usd is better then buying new stuff up to 100 usd.
