As someone who has been using Dove soap for many years, I honestly have not spotted a difference. However, personally I've moved locations and so I know for sure that I'm sensitive to the water (hard water) as I started to develop rashes on my skin after a lukewarm shower. If Dove doesn't work for you anymore, I recommend you trying out Cetaphil (Gentle) and/or CeraVe bar soap as they're equally great for sensitive skin. I've tried CeraVe soap and I love it :-)

Sunscreen, moisturizer, and gentle cleansers.

More specifically, I use CeraVe bar soap for cleansing my face and the same brand lotion for post-shower moisturizer.

I’m trying the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser Bar tonight in hopes that this will stop me from flaking away entirely out of existence. The bar soap comes in cardboard paper packaging instead of the plastic bottle that the liquid soap version comes in.
