Teenage Male Routine Help?

The issue(s): acne, irritated skin especially in morning
Skin type: Dry/Sensitive Skin I believe
Current routine
- AM: Rinse in cold shower, use CeraVe Hydrating Cleansing Bar 4.5 oz, then just pat dry
- PM: Shower cold water, use CeraVe Hydrating Cleansing Bar 4.5 oz, and then apply Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion for All Skin Types, Body and Face Lotion
