As was already mentioned, get Ben Stoeger's book. Dry fire isn't just draws, you can shoot entire courses of fire at home if you have enough space. Even a small bedroom is plenty for setting up multiple targets and practicing transitions. One of the keys is to use a timer with a par-time function and slowly ratchet down that time. Another is to be honest about the quality of your sight pictures. Did you really see what you needed to see to make the hit had that been a real shot?

Keep an eye out for shooting classes but realize that a non-trivial fraction involve mediocre shooters peddling tactical fucktardary. See if you can meet up with some of the better shooters as your club.

Matt Burkett's practical shooting DVDs are a good place to start, and DAA puts out a number of good ones. I've been working my way through 3GM, and it's interesting how the three profiled shooters do things differently.
