Personally I did this years ago by just "acting as if" I was a bit drunk while around other people who were drinking (and I was totally sober). To my surprise, it worked really well. Over time I refined the state to be less "tipsy" and more "social and fun" and now it is automatically anchored in my nervous system to people drinking, bars, and even the smell of alcohol.
