The outcome depends on what fruit you use. I usually have bananas, with a few strawberries and blueberries, and some peanut butter 👌🏻 blackberries don’t tend to mush as well, so you’ll have those crunchy pieces. Not using bananas makes it more of a sorbet, using bananas as the majority of it makes it more like ice cream. The longer you thaw out the fruit, the easier it is for the machine to smooth it out. I usually thaw mine for 5-10 minutes. The machine INSTANTLY turns it into soft serve, so it’s not some big process.
