How long is "a good amount"? Are you doing work outside or do you just have a long commute? That being said, I doubt there would be any dress boots that could stand up to the wear and tear of being outside in winter weather constantly, since that's not what they are made for. Something like the Chippewa Apache would be more suited to your description and price range, but they are obviously not very professional looking.
I wear Chippewas, which you can get on Amazon for a little over $100 with the coupons they are offering now. If you get a lugged sole, you should get some good traction.

I really love the color and the sole but whenever I look up chippewa apache in chocolate I can't find any other pictures of them in that color.
Just bought them yesterday during Amazon's 30% off cyber Monday sale for $101. link for the lazy Just like everything Amazon, though, totally dependent on size.
What's the difference between this and this?

Chippewas would be a good choice. Although they're similar in color, once you apply Sno-sea/Mink oil/etc, they'll darken some. Also, they different in style more than enough to rationalize getting a pair.

You would want this version for the lugged soles. They come in a few shades of brown, as well as black.
