The US Amazon site frequently has Chippewa Apache Steel-toes for 130 USD or 180 CAD. I checked and these do ship to Canada.
I'm not sure about the shipping costs / taxes, however.

These are pretty great for the price I hear.
When I worked a job where I needed steel toes, I had a pair of Chippewa Apache's. They held up very well after two years of daily wear, and they seem to get some love from the MFA community to boot.
I have the Chippewa 6" Apache Steel toes... I absolutely LOVE them.
