A single dose of 2 ibuprofen with an SSRI is most likely not going to mess up your innards that badly. But laxatives on the other hand, depending on what kind you took, are not kind to your intestinal track (Ex-Lax especially), and can easily leave you feeling crappy for a while afterward. As for the fiber, depending on what kind you are taking, it MIGHT be responsible for your gas and pain, in which case I would recommend switching to a methylcellulose fiber supplement.
If you start pooping black stool, this is a bad sign. A little bit of blood in your stool once is not a big deal. It doesn't mean you have Chron's or IBD.
Stop taking the laxatives and stay off the ibuprofen and I bet things will work out. You can keep taking fiber supplements though, those are totally safe and good for preventing both diarrhea and constipation (aside from any gassy side effects).
BUT, if the bleeding keeps up or gets worse, see a doctor.
