Actually you can straight up buy the "complete edition" on amazon right now for $30.
So for 30 you can get all dlc (G&K+BNW+all the little dlcs) and have an extra copy of Civ.

Amazon is having some crazy sales on civ 5 and the expansions, so now's the time to do it.

I'd get both. All the gameplay changes from G&K are included in BNW, but you'd miss out on a lot of cool civs if you just get that.
