They do make anti-fog lens wipes.

I'm not sure how well they'd work in your particular situation but they might be worth a shot.

Edited to add: There are a bunch of different types/brands available. You might want to check with whoever you got your eyeglasses from to make sure that whatever you want to use does not remove any anti scratch or other coatings you might already have on your lenses.

For glasses, I've been doing well with this https://www.amazon.com/Clarity-Defog-Anti-fog-Reusable-Wipes/dp/B002BG588K

Make sure you wipe the glasses first with a microfiber and then use this wipe. They last quite a while and you can always refresh them during down time. Get both sides of your glasses. Minimizing anything in your mouth/nose area is good as well, you don't want to be blowing moist exhaled air back into the mask.

With i4's, you might need to switch out the foam as well. Unfortunately it doesn't have quick change foam so you'll have to get a kit with the cut out and glue. Its strange its so popular but its the only one at its price point for paintball masks without quick change foam.

Something like this: Clarity Defog should do the trick. I've used them on my radio control FPV goggles in the past but I was going to purchase some Z-wax this time around for my FPV goggles and my Gear VR. A lot of people use "Cat Crap" wax on goggles, Z-Wax seemed to have slightly better reviews though.

BTW, the anti fog stuff for cars only works on glass and is unsuitable for plastic lenses as /u/DiabolicSJ said.

I think everyone's suggestions then are great. The best eye pro is the one that you are willing to wear...if that's Oakley's, awesome, if it's the cheaper set that's cool too!

A defogging product may help as well.

These work well if you follow the instruction to breath on lenses to fog then wipe with cloth. Do it twice and no fog. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B002BG588K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
