Also, what do you think of these ones I've come across? I know most people here love the Bushacres, and I was about to get them when they were about U$52 like they were a few weeks ago which was about A$80 shipped or something ridiculous. However, I'm not sure if there are any alternatives within my budget.

The first two seem safe options and I'm not particularly convinced by the last one; it looks cheap. However, I do like the sleekness and more "modern" design, and that it looks different from the typical chukka boot. That's not as important to me as actually getting a decent pair of shoes, though.
EDIT: I like the aesthetic of these Tretorn Garde Stovel Vinter GTX Boots, apart from the lining. But I've got a feeling my feet would cook inside them here in Australia.

Is it the most exciting look? No, but it's pretty universally agreeable, relatively inexpensive, and I have no concerns about looking like I'm homeless.

This is about appearance, not smell. If you look homeless because your hair looks bad when you're not showering, then you probably have to shower more. I have short hair, I can get away with wetting my hair and fixing it in a few minutes.

I was asking a legit question because people assume you look homeless and you said you live out of your car despite staying at friends' places. But, sure, snarky.

That's a ~130$ outfit not including socks and underwear, though. Atm I'm wearing a $10 dollar shirt, a pair of 4 for $20 basketball shorts, and my shoes were $45 I believe? Maybe these are my $60 shoes, idk. They're similar, but these ones look less fancy and are more comfy. Not that I'm saying spending money on your appearance is a bad thing, but it's not something I'm interested in.

It just depends. My hair can get frizzy. I have long curly hair. I usually have it under a beanie or if it's warm outside I have it up. Plus I usually only wash it every other day, otherwise it gets dry. I wash it, put some product in and style it, and if I put it up or in a hat the next day for a few hours before letting it back down it retains its shape from the previous day quite well. I live in the conservative south, so long hair alone is enough to raise an eye over depending on who owns the eye.

Live out of the car meaning I can keep everything I need in my car while I couch surf. You didn't exactly take caution in phrasing your question, so why would I in phrasing my response? I hadn't, and still really haven't, been awake for long, and I enjoy poking at people on the internet to see what happens.
Also, I don't care if someone thinks I look homeless. If anything it probably keeps them from talking to me, and that's alright to me.
