These ones work pretty well and come with a 3 year warranty. I've had one successfully replaced for free after 2.5 years.

I live in Colorado where the elements (strong sun year round; lots of freezing/thawing in the winter) are not kind to grill covers. I've had the best success with Veranda covers like this one. With a full southern exposure, my previous one lasted almost five years and my current one is still in good shape three years in.
Not BIFL, but these are by far the toughest covers I've seen.
I think so. Got it from Home Depot a few weeks ago. Looks like HD says the grill is 32" depth assembled but Amazon and the (Classic Accessories Fit Finder)[https://classicaccessories.com/fit-finder/ff-grill?find=cart-grill-weber-spirit-gas-grill-e-310-12899] both say a medium fits it. I definitely have a brand new Spirt E-310 and bought the medium Veranda cover. Hope this helps!

It has air vents. more importantly, it has a 3 year warranty. UV will really kill cheap outdoor covers.
I leave mine covered all year when not using it.
The key is to not have a cover that drapes to the ground. A few inches of clearance on the bottom will allow airflow.

I had the same problem with my Weber cover for a Spirit E310. I ended up buying this replacement cover (which I found a suggestion for somewhere on reddit)
