Collander, rinse them all off. Chop them in half on cutting board, transferring to another container. Juice with a queen beehive juicer with a trashcan next to me to flick the juicer open and drop the shell in there.

The biggest way to be fast is to follow-through on prep. So washing all limes at once, cutting all limes, juicing all limes, then cleaning up.
You could use a sunkist juicer as well. I think Dave Arnold did a thing where he determined people prefer hand juiced to the sunkist, because the sunkist supposedly adds more bitter pithy layer into the juice... but meh I don't think most people will notice.

Watch these guys fly. You can be faster with them if you want to. Some clips of guys using little hand juicers in there. Flip them open and they instantly pop the shell out into the trash can, pop one in, squeeze in a quarter of a second and flip open again.
Also never get one of these, you'll die.
