I think you should ask yourself what you want to learn first. If you're looking for sound design tutorials, you don't need to look at one's specifically for Ableton. Most soft synths do the same thing, the knobs are just in diffrent places and they might sound a little diffrent. This is a great book for understanding the basics of sound design. Once you understand how diffrent basic waveforms are made and what their charecteristics are it gets a lot easier to recognize them and remake a lot of sound you hear. If you're looking for a more hand on aproach I would just start experimenting. If you're looking for a synth that isn't too complicated but sounds a lot better then Ableton's synths I'd suggest Repro-5. It's fairly cheap and easy to Pirate ;).
