Look for a compression glove that's designed for arthritis relief, they tend to focus more on the palm and fingers rather than the wrist, I have to wear one when I sew.

Yeah, mine are a mess in the morning. I sleep in compression gloves to help with it. I also use these when I'm at the computer. I've dismissed it for the last 10 years because I thought I was too young to have RA but I think it's probably time to bring it up at my next visit. Hoping it's just fibro being fibro.
I bought these and they're a big help. The copper ribbing did come off fairly quickly but the compression goes a long way.

Edit: I do also sometimes use medical tape on the joints closest to my nails, if they're hurting.

Sometimes I just cut the fingers off of regular knit gloves and that is a bit warmer than these would be. and the added bonus of looking punk rock.
